3 balls for players ranked over 4000 IFPA, MNP rating 3 or lower, and any unranked players
2 balls (plunge 1) for 4000-1500 IFPA and MNP rating 4-5
1 ball (plunge 2) for sub-1500 IFPA and/or MNP rating 6
