This tournament is a lead up to the 2023 NW Pinball Championships which happens on September 8-10 at the Lynnwood Bowl & Skate. This is mostly a sold out event but you can still win entries at the pre-tournaments! https://www.nwpinballchamps.com/
Each pre-tournament will have a guaranteed minimum 8 free entry cards (6 for the Open, 1 for Women and 1 for High stake event). Over all for the different tournaments, that is a total of over 64 cards (minimum guaranteed) for the series (>$1,400 of free entries awarded)! Over $2,000 with cash, raffle and swag prizes.
Each tournament has the following guaranteed cash and free card entries payout for top 4, 1st 2 Open entry card & $20, 2nd 2 Open entry card & $15, 3rd 1 Open entry card & $10 & 4th 1 entry card & $5. For every 5 additional players starting from 35 players, 1 Open entry card will be added to next finisher.
ALSO, for each tournament, the top WOMEN will win a Women tournament entry card and the top ROOKIE (above IFPA 1,000 rank on day of event) will win a High stake card. Only 1 card for each of these top results can be awarded by players.

Entry Fee $10 per player. Registration starts at 6:30pm, closes at 6:55pm, start at 7:00pm SHARP.
Match + Multi Play event:
5 rounds guaranteed in the qualifier then we have semifinals for top 8 and finals for top 4. Each final round will be another 4 games using Multi-Play format (IFPA grading this tournament at 64% value).
The qualifier Match Play format will be 5 rounds of 4 player’s games (scored 7/5/3/1 or 7/4/1 for 3 player group).
At the end of 5 rounds, the 8 players (or top 16) with the highest amount of point will move on to the top 8 round (semi-finals).
Final rounds will use the Multi Play format, Each of the two 4 player group in the semi-finals will start a 4 player game on a bank of 4 contiguous machines (Scored 7/5/3/1). At the end of the round of Multi-Play the TOP 2 players of each group will move into the final 4. Top 4 finals will be played using the same principle as above with one group of 4 players starting 4 four players game to decide final ranking.
Tie breaker for qualifying will be most number of 1st, 2nd… If still tied, higher ranking in previous rank will prevail.
Tie breaker in finals will be most number of 1st, 2nd… for the round. If still tied it will be higher ranking at the end of qualifying
